Built for Vistage Chairs
The CRM built for the way Chairs actually recruit. Write the invitation once, approve it once, and every executive gets their own email, addressed only to them.
20 minutes · Sends from your own Outlook · Your contacts stay yours
Who it was built with
A list gone stale. A headcount nobody trusted. Follow ups remembered too late. Every screen here came from a real practice, not a guess about one.
Shaped in a live practice
Built week by week around a Chair running it, against her real list.
None of it is generic
The Vistage check. The recruiting arc. The years after somebody joins.
You email whoever built it
No queue, no form. Most changes land within two weeks.
Intake, research and outreach in one place. Spend your week talking to people, not managing software.

One queue instead of four places to check.
Your website form
Event RSVP forms
Prospect research
One review queue
You approve who becomes a contact. Nothing gets in unvetted.
Recruiting runs from a first introduction to a member’s fourth year. A general CRM helps with one of these five.
A member shares their connections and every name is read at once.
A general CRM has no idea who introduced whom.
Every name checked against Vistage from your own session. Taken names are locked.
The one thing no other CRM can do.
A briefing from the public web, a source beside every claim.
A blank where it could not confirm. Never a guess.
Each guest gets their own email from your address, and replies come back to you.
Not a mail merge.
Who is in each group, how long they have been there, and which seats are empty.
The longest part of the job. The part software ignores.
Every message waits for you. Nobody becomes a contact until you say so. The Vistage check only reads, so your own record there is untouched.
Who is coming, who declined, who has not answered, and what the ones who wrote back said. No more reading the inbox with the spreadsheet open beside it.

The planner
Ask it anything about the evening in front of you. It reads your own list before it answers. You approve every change.
Sees the whole evening: invitation, list, replies, cost
Reads your contacts and researches a speaker, with sources
Redrafts the invitation, moves the date, rewrites the details
Every change waits for your approval

The app does send email, and asks your mail provider for permission to do it: an invitation has to leave your own mailbox to be an invitation. What it will not do is decide to write to somebody. Every message that goes out is one you wrote or read and approved first, including the confirmations that answer an RSVP. Claude drafts and proposes. Nothing reaches anybody on its own judgement, on its own schedule, or to anybody you did not choose.
No tiers, nothing held back for a bigger plan.

Quoted per project · Scoped on the callBuilt this way already: a speaker availability tracker · follow up sequences by segment.
Twenty minutes, your own list on the screen, and a straight answer about whether it helps.
A CRM and event system built only for Vistage Chairs. It holds your prospect list, sends each guest their own personal invitation, tracks who is coming, and follows the people in your groups for as long as they are members.
No. Chairspace is an independent tool built for Vistage Chairs. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
Salesforce is built for sales teams, and a Chair practice is one person and a few hundred relationships. Chairspace imports a Salesforce export in one step, then gives you only the parts that job needs. It reads the Vistage database to check whether a name is taken and never writes to it, so your record there is untouched.
No. Every message waits for your approval before it goes anywhere. The planner cannot send email at all: the tools that would let it were never built, so there is no setting to get wrong.
Yes. Export every contact, event and reply back to Excel whenever you want, without asking anybody.
No. Book a demo and we set it up with you on the call, your own spreadsheet included. There is no charge for that.
